are hosting a pop-up
at Folc where they'll take Southeast Asian flavors and apply modern techniques. The six-course dinner will includes kimchi consomé with silken tofu, cured fish with sprouts, lacquered quail, variations of fungus, shaking beef with soy gastrique and a black dessert with pandan paint, black rice paper, black bean ice cream and chicory.
