The Culinary Institute of America at San Antonio will celebrate ten years at Pearl by hosting a six-course celebration dinner at Nao Latin Gastro Bar on Friday, May 6 at 6:30 p.m. Each course will be prepared by a chefs with ties to the Center for Foods of the Amercas and the CIA San Antonio Campus, including Shelley Grieshaber (Pearl), Luis Morales (Humble House Foods), Susan Rigg (River Whey Creamery), Cynthia Stahl (Surlean Foods), and Crystal Rivas (formerly of Bakery Lorraine), with a sixth course prepared by Nao Latin Gastro Bar’s own Executive Chef, Zach Garza.
