It's been seven years since Doug and Lori Horn opened Dough inside a small strip center off Blanco Road. A visit from Guy Fieri and a few expansions later, the Neapolitan-style restaurant has reached institution status with San Anto diners and it's easy to see why. Chef Horn, who earned his Associazione Pizzaiuoli Napoletani certification in 2013, uses the freshest ingredients from around town, including Bluebonnet Hydroponic Farms, Raindrop Farms, Groomer's Seafood and Gaucho Gourmet to create drool-worthy, blistered pies like the meaty Pork Love, simple Margherita and cheesy Bianca.
