Go Watch An Out Of This World Conversation At San Antonio College Tomorrow

Has school started yet?

If so, this is one event worth letting the kids skip school for. 

Tomorrow morning, at San Antonio College's McAllister Auditorium (1819 N. Main Ave.) the Challenger Center's International Conference is taking place where a live link with NASA astronauts Scott Kelly and Kjell Lindgren, who are in space right now, at the International Space Station, for a thoughtful conversation with science experts.

This all starts at 7:15 a.m. and attendees must be seated by 7:45 a.m.

Scott Kelly's twin brother, Captain Mark Kelly will be in attendence, along with NASA astronauts Kent Rominger, Joe Acaba and National Space Biomedical Research Institute Chief Scientist Dr. Graham Scott.

Here's the itinerary:

7:15 a.m. Doors open; 7:45 a.m. All attendees must be seated.

8:00 a.m. – 8:20 a.m. Live downlink with NASA Astronauts Scott Kelly and Kjell Lindgren aboard the International Space Station (ISS) and Captain Mark Kelly, brother of Scott, at the McAllister Auditorium. 

8:30 – 9:00 a.m.
In Person Presentation by NASA Astronaut Joe Acaba

9:05 – 10:00 a.m.
In Person Presentation by Dr. Graham Scott, Chief Scientist, National Space Biomedical Research Institute (NSBRI). Dr. Scott will discuss the unique Twins Study, a coordinated effort of ten separate investigations conducted with identical twin astronauts Scott and Mark Kelly.
