After a renovation that cost more than $100 million, the new AT&T Center
was open for business Sunday as the San Antonio Spurs beat the Detroit Pistons 96 to 92 in the preseason home opener.

The Spurs open the season on October 28 against the Oklahoma Thunder in Oklahoma.
