UCLA forward Kyle Anderson

In the 2014 NBA draft, the Spurs didn't go for any huge surprises, selecting and trading around for two solid forwards with high b-ball IQ's and skilled passing games. With the last pick in the first round, the recently-crowned champs picked up UCLA small forward Kyle Anderson. Nicknamed slo-mo, Anderson makes up for his speed with textbook footwork on offense and ridiculous length on both sides of the court with a 7 foot 2 inch wing span. With his speed, size and poised offense, Anderson's highlight reel compares favorably to the style of Boston/Brooklyn legend Paul Pierce.

Kyle Anderson Stats:

Age: 20

Height:  6' 9"

Weight: 230

Most Recent Season (Sophomore): 14.6ppg, 8.8rpg, 6.5apg, 1.78spg in 36 games

Shooting Percentage: .480 from the field, .483 from three-point range.

With the 54th pick, the Philadelphia 76ers drafted Serbian forward Nemanja Dangubic, an opportunity that the Spurs apparently could not do without. Spurs GM R.C. Buford swapped SA's 58th and 60th picks for Dangubic, a shooting guard/small forward playing in the Adriatic League.

Nemanja Dangubic Stats:

Age: 21

Height: 6'8"

Weight: 193

Most Recent Season (Mega Vizura in the Adriatic League): 9.5ppg, 3.5rpg, 2.0apg
