An advocate of early 20th-century agrarian reform, Mexican revolutionary Emiliano Zapata famously used ancient title deeds to fight for the rights of peasants. Drawn from the McMay’s collection of Mexican modernist prints, “Viva Zapata!” explores the icon through the eyes of famed Mexican artists such as Diego Rivera and David Alfaro Siqueiros. “Part history lesson and part survey,” the exhibit runs concurrently with “Voices of Suffering,” a selection prints by José Clemente Orozco and Käthe Kollwitz. $5-$10, 10am-9pm Thu, 10am-4pm Fri, 10am-5pm Sat, noon-5pm Sun, McNay Art Museum, 5000 N. New Braunfels Dr., (210) 824-5368, mcnayart.org. Through August 16. — Bryan Rindfuss
