State Rep. Diego Bernal doesn't disappoint when it comes to Fiesta medals. After paying tribute to the
Star Wars franchise the past two years, Bernal decided to go the
Stranger Things route.
The medal, made in collaboration with
Ray Tattoed Boy, replaces Eleven's love for Eggo waffles for all things puro San Antonio. Styled in the short hair, nosebleed-
esque Eleven from season one, she's illustrated thinking of bean and cheese tacos, a pink concha, Manu Ginobili and Whataburger.
We're sure this one's going to sell out quickly. Bernal will release the medal on April 21 at 10 a.m. in the Sears parking lot at Park North as part of his Fiesta Medal Food Drive.
