If you follow RuPaul’s Drag Race and the spin-off RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars, then you’re more than likely very familiar with Benjamin Putnam, better known as BenDeLaCreme.

After sashaying away from the show’s sixth season, the Connecticut-born performer appeared in the third season of All Stars, where, after scoring a record-breaking fifth challenge win in episode six, she reverse wig-snatched America and chose to eliminate herself (we’re honestly still gagged over that whole situation).

DeLaCreme claimed that she had proven enough to herself and felt that the other contestants deserved the crown more than she actually wanted it, which left mother Ru looking like she was gonna cry and slap the shit out of her. Regardless of her decision to leave the show, DeLaCreme’s attention to detail and character is next-level drag — and all T and shade aside, we all know she’s one of the most talented queens on the planet.

$10-$25, Wed May 30, 10:30pm & midnight, Heat Nightclub, 1500 N. Main Ave., (210) 227-2600, facebook.com/reylopezentertainment.
