Manu Ginobili Will Get His 'Retirement Club' Induction in Upcoming H-E-B Commercials

Now that Manu Ginobili has retired, he's joined the rest of the Spurs legends in the team's H-E-B commercials.

The San Antonio team, Texan supermarket chain and the Spurs players have been sharing behind-the-scenes photos of the filming that's been going on this week.
On Wednesday, social media users shared a photo of Ginobili joining the legends – David Robinson, George "Iceman" Gervin, Sean Elliot, Bruce Bowen and Tim Duncan.

Bowen shared Ginobili's photo, saying their retirement club could beat out other retired NBA legends.

Robinson also welcomed Ginobili to the retirement club.

Though the rest of the retirees are decked out in their swanky silver robes, Ginobili doesn't appear to be wearing one. Maybe the commercial will include his swearing into the retirement club like H-E-B did when Tim Duncan retired?

Many San Antonians will be happy to see Ginobili still appearing in the commercials after his Aug. 27 retirement. Ginobili has often been the comedic relief, like in this classic commercial.
