Stacey Abrams, the Democratic voting rights advocate who helped flip Georgia into a 2020 battleground state, will kick off a fall speaking tour at San Antonio's Tobin Center for the Performing Arts.

The former Georgia gubernatorial candidate and author of the bestseller Lead from the Outside: How to Build Your Future and Make Real Change will speak on Monday, September 20, taking questions from both the audience and the community, the Tobin announced Monday.

The event will include "candid conversation and insights on politics, leadership, entrepreneurship, social justice and being a true voice for change,” according to the performance space.

Tickets, including $200 meet-and-greet packages, go on sale Friday, May 21 at 10 a.m.

$44.50-200, 7:30 p.m. Monday, September 20, Tobin Center for the Performing Arts, 100 Auditorium Circle, (210) 223-8624, tobincenter.org.
