Ranger Creek Brewing and Distilling (4834 Whirlwind) has created a new amber ale inspired the song Wild Dreams by local band Colleens. Head Brewer, Holland Lawrence was inspired to create the ale after hearing the song and wanting to recreate the same whimsical feeling of the song in a beer.

Lawrence used wild peach extract to help create a light and airy flavor and aroma for the beer. The beer is still being tested and perfected, but those looking to get a taste can try it at Ranger Creek's Spring Open House on Saturday, March 8 at 2 p.m.
