Granary Announces Collaboration Dinner Details

Does it get any better than surf and turf? The Granary ‘Cue and Brew (602 Avenue A) has announced their Chef Collaboration Dinner with Chef John Tesar of Spoon Bar and Kitchen on Monday, March 17.

Chef John Tesar, who foodie you might know from "Top Chef Masters," and The Granary’s own Tim Rattray will present a seven -course surf and turf tasting menu for $90 per person. Drink pairings will be available.

Reservations can be made for a 6:30 or 8:30 seating. The Granary's last seated dinner for Meat Week sold out in a matter of day. Considering Tesar's celebrity status and his most recent nod via Texas Monthly, which named Spoon as one of the Top 10 restaurants in the state, we're guessing this will sell out in no time.
