This may the closest we’ll ever get to dining with Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel. Silo Elevated Cuisine (434 N Loop 1604) is hosting a dinner with winemaker Jesse Katz, who made a custom wine for two on their wedding day. Dinner and drinks are on Wednesday, March 5 at 7 p.m. with a cocktail reception at 6:30. The dinner is a five-course meal with pan-seared Hawaiian kajiki, lobster salad, ricotta ravioli, filet of beef and a chocolate cheesecake tart each served with a different wine. Call (210) 483-8989 for reservations.

New kid on the block Yao by Bite Street Bistro will be at The Block (14530 Roadrunner) for their grand opening Sunday, March 2 from 12 to 3 p.m. The soft menu will have spicy crab sushi rolls, pork dumplings, kimchi fries and lime sherbet with ginger strawberries just name a few.

It looks like Whiskey Cake Kitchen and Bar of Plano is setting up shop in SA. The location is still unknown, but the chain confirmed via Facebook. Whiskey Cake is known for serving farm-to-kitchen dishes and cocktails like farm salads, pork brisket, whiskey and of course, whiskey cake.
