Call it a Fiesta gift–La Panaderia will open its doors at 10 a.m. Friday, April 11 at 8305 Broadway. The bake shop is the brick-and-mortar offshoot of brother Victor and Jose Caceres who are bringing their bread cultura to San Antonio. Goodies via La Panaderia will still be available at the Quarry Farmers and Ranchers Market on Sundays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The bakery will focus on cultured bread, classic pan dulce and buttery French pastries along with Mexican birotes or sandwiches for breakfast and lunch.
