More Cooking Channel Love for SA

San Anto's 15-minutes of fame aren't up yet–Cooking Channel's Man Fire Food will air its SA-centric episode next Tuesday, July 1 at 7 p.m. CST. Host Roger Mooking of Everyday Exotic and host of Man Fire Food on Cooking Channel, visited the Alamo City this spring and chatted with instructors at the Culinary Institute of America-San Antonio along with chef Johnny Hernandez of La Gloria/True Flavors/The Fruteria/El Machito on how to make cabrito.

The episode, "Global Flavors of Texas" will also include a visit to Elgin for German-style sausages.
