Friday, February 27: Don't call it a pop-up. Chef Mark Garcia, better known as Wildcat to his fans, will hold a burger residence for three days only inside The Bees' Knees Catering kitchen. Stop in for burgers, fries and who knows what else.  Prices vary, February 27-March 1, 7pm, 2809 N. St. Mary's. 

Saturday, February 28: The partnership brews keep coming out of Freetail Brewing, which will hold a special tapping of it's Local Stout Coffee at Big Hops Gastropub. Our two loves meet: Local coffee brewed with Merit Roasting beans and beer!  6pm, 22250 Bulverde Road, Suite 106, facebook.com/BigHopsGastropub.



Monday, March 2: The buzz is building in advance of the opening of Alamo Brewery. Take in a brew or two on tap at Esquire, learn about what's to come and listen to live music by Tony Romero and the Spiders. Buy your first pint and keep the glass. No cover, 6-9pm, 155 E.
