This week on SA Food Pics we have a good spread of all types of eats for all types of cravings you might be feeling at the moment. First up we have a Sunrise Burger from Top Golf (5539 N. Loop 1604 W.), then a feast of brisket and beef short ribs from Smoke: The Restaurant (700 E. Sonterra Blvd.).

That's it for today, but we'll have a fresh batch next week! Be sure to tag where you ate with #safoodpics to Instagram and you could be featured in next week's update. See you next time, foodies!

Tostadas mañaneras: vegan chorizo tofu scramble, nopal tostada, avocado (mi amor), minced Serrano, dash of lime. Because nothing beats Mexican breakfasts 🇲🇽 #breakfastofchampions --- Soy chorizo actually tastes great. It is seasoned similarly to the meat version, so it's a flavor bomb. My mom told me a few years ago that I (unknowingly) grew up on it: she'd use it on everything from frijoles refritos to papas con chorizo. Here I sautéed minced onion for a few minutes until soft and light brown, added crumbled chorizo and browned in the same pan. I pushed onions and chorizo to edge of pan and crumbled in drained tofu, seasoned with cumin, turmeric, smoked paprika, salt, chipotle powder and sumac (any mix of seasonings work). When tofu browned a bit I scrambled it all together. Enjoy!
