Nothing beats a diverse selection of hand-made, locally-sourced meat during the dead of summer. Restaurant Gwendolyn knows just that and has brought back Charc Week for a fourth year. From July 18 to the 24, you can enjoy platers that include a selection of sausage, ham and many other cured meats for just $25. So kick off Charc Week by visiting any one the restaurants participating in San Antonio, Boerne and Austin.
