There’s a new place to quench your thirst on South Alamo Street. Originating from McAllen, Texas where their first location was based, Squeezers brought their all-natural juice stand to San Antonio at the end of last month. Though new to Alamo City, Squeezers has been juicing since 2012 on their mission to provide a healthy way to get hydrated. The juice stand can be found situated as part of the Alamo Eat Bar food truck park in Southtown.

The menu features cold-pressed and raw juices squeezed right before your eyes with no syrups or preservatives added. “Summer Water” —  a blend of watermelon, pineapple and mint, was recommended as the most popular flavor for the season. The lightly sweet, but refreshing and subtly minty flavored beverage is aptly named, straddling somewhere between a heavier juice and fruit infused water.

The current menu also features three blends of lemonade: mint, pineapple or strawberry plus a range of fruit and veggie blended juices with playful names such as Love Potion (watermelon, strawberry, beets), Clean Green (romaine lettuce, celery, kale) and Just Carrots (which actually isn’t just carrots, as it includes lemon).

Though Squeezers stays true to their mission of being a healthy choice with organic produce and vitamin-saving extraction methods, you can totally trick your friends that aren’t on a raw vegan diet into falling in love with the sweet colorful combos. Plus, Squeezers will reward your new clean juice habit with a customer loyalty card that will get you your eighth juice free. Be sure to inquire about a discount if you make your visit to Squeezers on a bike.

Squeezers is open 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday through Sunday. Follow them on Instagram for new flavors and times.
