A Houston real estate agent is getting calls from all over the country after her sign promising free tacos on one of her listings went viral.

Nicole Lopez, of Intero Real Estate Services, used her great (and Texan) marketing skills to entice potential home buyers with free tacos if they closed on a house. A meme-driven Facebook page shared a photo of Lopez's sign and it quickly went viral (obviously).

The love for tacos is serious even beyond the Lone Star State. Lopez told KPRC Click2Houston that she's gotten calls from around the country and even as far as Canada.

Lopez has since made a deal on the house. She told KPRC that a man closed on the home where the sign was photographed and has claimed the tacos. Lopez said the buyer is planning on throwing a taco party.

When the Houston news station asked how Lopez came up with the idea, she said, "Tacos just seemed like a really good idea at the time."

By reading some of the comments on the post, it seems like Facebook users agree.
