A Few Ways to Support San Antonio Breweries (And Drink Beer) This Weekend

Music for Advanced Listeners // Dorcol Distilling + Brewing Co.'s monthly music takeover by Labkids (DJ Novasoul & Darby) will feature happy hour from 5 to 7, and charcuterie by Swine House. Prices vary, 6pm, 1902 S. Flores St., (210) 229-0607.

Drink for a Good Cause // Künstler Brewing will host a Leukemia & Lymphoma Society fundraiser and raffle with $1 off every pint going toward the organization as well as raffle proceeds. Raffle tickets ($10) include a chance to win lots of swag from the brewery including a small 64-ounce Drink Tank growler and a large 128-ounce growler with CO2 cap and tap. Drawings will be held April 15. The event will also feature Kölschineal, Künstler's Prickly Pear Kölsch. 11am, 302 E. Lachapelle, (210) 688-4519,

SA Beer Week Pub Crawl // All locations of Big Hops in San Antonio and Hoppy Monk will team up for this exploration of all things beer. Interested "travelers" can pick up a beer passport from at any of the locations and complete it by visiting any two Big Hops and the Hoppy Monk, spending a minimum of $6 on beer at each spot and getting it stamped. Completed passports can be turned in Friday, April 13 for a limited edition tallboy glass. Hours vary, April 7-13, various locations,,

Special Tapping // Ranger Creek Brewing & Distilling is tapping Small Batch No. 13, a sour beer aged with figs. The first 50 people will get a stemmed Teku glass filled with the beer for $10. The rest of Ranger Creek Brewing & Distilling's lineup will also be available. Prices vary, 509pm, 4834 Whirlwind Drive, (210) 339-2282.
