Burleson Yard Beer Garden has come a long way since opening its doors in 2016. There's more shaded seating. There's street tacos and queso available on site (along with a few items for the kiddos), there's room for kids and dogs, and best of all the drinks keep getting better.

Need proof? The outdoor patio bar is known for their icy cold frozen margaritas, which sell out as many as 100 tequila bottles worth of the stuff in a week. The margaritas, which are customizable like their Taco Garage counterparts, are so popular the staff at Burleson devotes two large machines to keep the frosty creations flowing.

Bar manager Josh Giles leaves one machine to create a new drink every month. April's frozen Big Red Radler is a favorite, but Giles has also dabbled with frosty pear ciders and mango mimosas. It's a way to keep hundreds of guests coming back on those balmy San Antonio days.

This May he's keeping things light and refreshing with a frozen grapefruit limeade, which combines Austin Eastciders' grapefruit cider with Deep Eddy Ruby Red grapefruit vodka, lime, simple syrup and 7Up. It's tart and slightly sweet, but definitely boozy and at $8 you can enjoy a few and cool off for the remainder of the month.
