San Antonio Cocktail Conference Paired Dinners Are Now Live

Posted By on Thu, Nov 29, 2018 at 12:34 PM

The San Antonio Cocktail Conference will return this January with loads of seminars and parties, but one of the most underrated parts of the entire affair will take place on one night.

Billed as paired dinners, and hosted across town in advance of the conference for the last several years, these curated dinners will all take place on the same night, Tuesday, January 15.

Brand ambassadors team up with local chefs to pair some of their more exclusive offerings with tasty courses for one special and very intimate night.

This year's restaurant and brand pairings include Biga on the Banks and Garrison Bros.; Bohanan's Prime Steaks & Seafood and Vision Wine and Spirits (sold out); Botika and Flor de Caña; Dorregos and Monkey Shoulder; Grill 254 at La Cantera Resort and Jack Daniels; Maverick and El Dorado Rum; Periphery and Cinco, SeerSucker; Primero Cantina at La Cantera Resort and Back Bar Project; Silo Prime and Angel's Envy; Sweet Fire Kitchen and Old Forester; The Well and Treaty Oak; Toro Kitchen + Bar and Tequila Patron. A special paired brunch at Peggy's on the Green will feature Herradura and will be held on Sunday, January 12.

Tickets, $65-$115, are available at
