A San Antonio rapper got more than he ordered after getting an Uber Eats delivery from the Bush's Chicken location on Potranco Road.

Miguel Portillo, who raps under the moniker Neptune Cowboy, took to Facebook to share photos and video of a chicken tender with a bug cooked into it.

“I got my food, clocked out and began eating while catching up on Game of Thrones real quick," said Portillo. “My drink was supposed to be a Sprite, [but it] ended up just being carbonation and water, so already the meal had a hint of 'wack' starting to build up.”

Most of his meal was "fine," but Portillo said he noticed his last tender was slightly different than the others.

“It looked a little crispier on the inner crevice – a little too dark brown I thought,” he said.

Portillo opened up the tender to see a dead bug cooked into the chicken.

Portillo explained that he had to call the restaurant several times before anyone answered. When he finally got a hold of Bush's, Portillo said the chicken chain told him to request a refund through Uber Eats and claimed they wouldn't be able to do anything for him.

We reached out to a Bush's Chicken representative for comment.

"As always we hate to hear of any dissatisfaction with any of our products, and we will always strive to ensure the quality of our food and service for our customers," the representative said. "If something happens inside one of our stores, we will always accept responsibility and handle the situation accordingly, but with something that happens outside of one of our locations with many touch points, it’s difficult to pinpoint where something could have happened."

Portillo claims the manager at the Potranco location didn't offer him a free meal, though the representative – outside of the store – did offer to make this right.

“All [the manager] said was 'If you’re trying to get a refund, you gotta talk to Uber Eats [because] we can’t do anything for you. That’s on them.’” said Portillo. "He made me feel like he pretty much said ‘Sorry, not our problem.’”

When asked if he would eat Bush's chicken again, Portillo said, "To be honest, no, they’re not even my first choice on chicken. Uber Eats doesn’t do Bill Miller."
