Go Red Por Tu Corazón and the American Heart Association encourage San Antonio women to attend this free event with health screenings (including cholesterol, glucose, blood pressure and BMI), a heart-healthy cooking/nutrition workshop and a physical activity workshop along with a presentation on heart disease risk factors and a heart-healthy lunch.
