Brews and Blooms
Somewhere in the process of creating any great beer, there’s at least one point when botanical knowledge is of paramount importance — choosing the perfect grains and hops isn’t merely a matter of chance. Thus Brews and Blooms, a craft beer event hosted by the Botanical Gardens, makes sense. It’s the botanists who bless the brews with their distinct hues. Enjoy a variety of local beers (some special editions), food booths and music to boot.
