For the 23rd round of PechaKucha, the arts and culture series promises a diverse lineup of community leaders, ranging from Kristal Cuevas, the Yogipreneur behind Southtown Yoga Loft, to Robert Vogt, Director of San Antonio’s Vogt Auction Galleries — and everyone in between.
Slated Aug. 23 at the Empire Theatre (226 N. St. Mary’s St.), we’ll hear from Brian Salmon, “Rocking Dads” and “Facilitating Fearless Birth” teacher; Barbara Ras, poet; Jeremiah Teutsch, artist; Lorie Solis, urban farmer; Kory Cook, musician, Zach Garza, chef; and the two aforementioned.
Presentations begin at 7:30 p.m, with a happy hour to kick off the night at 6:30 p.m. Tickets ($5 suggested donation) are available here, and all ages are welcome.
