Stay in the Christmas Spirit with Neon Lights Display in Lightwire Theater

If you need an extra jolt of holiday spirit this year, look no further! Lightwire’s latest tells a Christmas story unlike any other by bringing characters to life on stage with dancing performers clad in neon lights and vivid puppetry effects.

In a Very Electric Christmas, young bird Max is blown off of his migratory course and somehow ends up at the North Pole. Lost amongst the snowdrifts, Max embarks on a journey to be reunited with his family, meeting toy soldiers, dancing poinsettias, caroling worms, and other oddities along the way, accompanied by a soundtrack ranging from The Nutcracker to Nat King Cole. The show’s uplifting story is sure to bring cheer to children and adults alike.

$24.50-$100, Saturday, December 30, 2pm, Tobin Center for the Performing Arts, H-E-B Performance Hall, 100 Auditorium Circle, (210) 223-8624, tobincenter.org.
