This spot is about an hour and a half away and truly the ultimate in secluded swimming—the park requires reservations for entrance. Hamilton Pool Preserve is a historic pool preserve that features a stunning 50 foot waterfall that flows year round. The unique natural area and grotto that surrounds the serene pool was created thousands of years ago by water erosion making the location one that is not to be missed. The preserve is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
