Join in for a delicious educational evening of beer and cheese. River Whey Creamery will be providing the cheese and guide attendees through their cheese making process. Each cheese will be paired with a unique Ranger Creek beer and will hear about the creative brewing process and pairing choice. This is a ticketed event ($35+tax) only and includes: welcome beer, beer flight with specialty beers, 5 cheese samples, sample pack of cheese to take home and educational talks. Doors open at 6 p.m., class starts at 6:30 p.m.
