Join Esperanza for the book premiere of Carmen Tafolla's 40th book, Warrior Girl (Penguin, 2023). It will be a fun evening of music, poetry, and cultural affirmation, as poet laureate Carmen Tafolla and singer/songwriter Azul interweave excerpts from Warrior Girl with Azul's performance of songs, both traditional and original.
