A tiny pocket of Downtown with tall buildings that make you feel you're not in San Antonio, that is until you look over to the River Walk and you're back home again. Chef John Russ treats his customers with that N'awlins hospitality we love from the $1 oysters to $3 sliders of the day and half-off select house cocktails? Yes, please.
