Friday, March 13: Gustology opens its doors for a fundraiser. Join the Lukemia Lymphoma Society for an Open House inside our favorite cocktail school. Stop in for a quick lesson on making a Rosemary Salty Dog and a cucumber martini and enjoy complimentary Ranger Creek beer and sangria. Friday, March 13: The Boardwalk on Bulverde hosts its annual Fest of St. Patricks with a portion of the proceeds benefitting Susan G. Komen of San Antonio. Join  Treats on Streets, Gracie’s Kitchen, Wheelie Gourmet, Smoke “The Truck”, Gilbo’s Grill, Vietnamese Cuisine, Kitchen Cabin and The Crawfish Wagon for mobile snacks, George Killan brews live music and more. Saturday, March 14: The St. Patrick's Day celebrations kick off with Murphy's St. Patrick's Day Festival on the River Walk at the Arneson River Theatre with jams from noon to 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. The festivities end with a parade on Sunday from 4:30-6pm along the SA River, which will be dyed green for the occasion.
