Dignowity Hill has all the beer these days...

This gross weather calls for a beer. Lucky for craft drinkers throughout the city, Big Hops Growler Station has opened its newest joint, "The Bridge" at 306 Austin St., Suite 100, inside the former home of Boneshakers.

Much like its sister locations on Broadway, Huebner and Bulverde, The Bridge will operate from 3 p.m. to midnight Monday through Thursday, noon to midnight Friday-Sunday. The Bridge features 32 taps with local brews and beers from around the state. Specials include $3 San Antonio Sundays and Texas Tuesdays, and Tapmaster's Choice, where certain brews come with marked down prices.

"Yes, I'm addicted to it," said owner Rob Martindale of whether he'll open another location in the future. "We said we wanted to open two of these in 2015, so we're going to start focusing on finding the next location."

He also mentioned tapping into the synergy created by Alamo Beer's opening and the up-and-coming Dignowity Hill neighborhood as a reason for moving into the space. The Bridge will feature different food trucks throughout the week.
