Booze News: Girls’ Pint Out, Blue Box Menu Launch and Blue Star at Lüke

Wednesday, March 26 is another Girls’ Pint Out at Big Bob’s Burgers (447 W Hildebrand) from 7 to 9 p.m. San Antonio Girls’ Pint Out encourages you to bring a non craft beer drinking friend to try Alamo Beer with some fellow beer babes. Live music and drink specials will be also be attendance.

If you’re thirsty for some cocktails Blue Box Bar (312 Pearl) is having a menu launch party Wednesday, March 26 at 9 p.m. All menu items including classics like pimm’s cup and the aviation or the more daring absinthe minded are $5 after 9 p.m. Savory spiced nuts will also be available from Nao.

It’s Tuesday Tap Takeover at Lüke (125 E Houston) with Blue Star Brewing. From 3 to 8 p.m. Blue Star is offering five beers on tap like texican lager, marzen, spire stout, flying pig extra pale pale ale and raspberry geyer along with free pint glasses.

Freetail Brewing Co. has partnered with Silver Eagle Distributors to sell its beer wholesale for distribution for the first time. Patrons will be able to purchase Freetail Brewing beer in San Antonio and surrounding counties.  The first roll-out slated for midsummer will include 22 oz. bombers and cans available in the fall.
