Food Pairing Event Highlights San Antonio Breweries, Benefits Hurricane Harvey Relief

SA Beer Magazine, San Antonio Cerveceros and San Antonio Beer Week are gathering to host the Mid-Year Gala & Food Pairing event, which features 10 local breweries.

Each brewery, including Southerleigh Fine Food & Brewery, will showcase unique and original beers. Each ticket (attendees will get four) offers a small plate prepared by local chefs from Southerleigh, Weathered Souls, Blue Star and Botika.

The event will run from 7 to 10 p.m. on Thursday, December 7, while a Q&A session with the brewers is set for 8:30 p.m.

In addition, attendees will be able to view beer photography by local artists and will receive a SA Beer Week commemorative taster glass.

Tickets are $35 per person. All proceeds will be donated to the San Antonio Food Bank (which will receive on-site donations for Hurricane Harvey relief) and San Antonio Beer Week.
