The Brew Mile is coming to San Antonio.

Here’s a form of exercise I can support — the kind that’s interspersed with alcohol consumption.

The Brew Mile, a mile-long race that requires participants to down a frosty brew at each quarter-mile, is coming to San Antonio. The race will take place at Wolff Stadium on Oct. 30, which wraps up with an open-bar after party.

Proceeds from the race benefit water.org, which provides clean water to communities all over the world. And while it may be tempting to slow down after several ounces of suds, the Brew Mile rewards speed; runners who finish under certain time benchmarks will earn bonus cash for the charity.

Tickets are available now, and start at $45.
