H-E-B, Favor Partner to Bring Hour Beer & Wine Delivery to San Antonio

In a statement this Friday, H-E-B announced that Favor, the Austin-based delivery company, will now offer beer and wine delivery throughout Texas—exclusively from their stores.

"This new service truly delivers the best customer experience—a fast, convenient solution with the best selection at the everyday low price our customers expect," said Martin Otto, chief operating officer for H-E-B. The new option is just the latest in a push by the company to expand its digital offerings.

Delivery is available in San Antonio from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 10 p.m. on Sundays. Just download the Favor app or place your order online where you can select from the same options as H-E-B stores, including local brews from Freetail Brewing, Alamo Beer and Busted Sandal. With Favor, your orders are guaranteed to be delivered in under an hour.

The service is free through Labor Day, so be sure to take advantage while you still can with some last-minute summer cookouts. Orders will require a Runner tip of minimum $2.
