The City of San Antonio Neighborhood Commercial Revitalization Program will host a training seminar for existing and prospective restaurant business owners on March 1. "The Forks and Knives of Restaurant Success," will cover topics ranging from financial planning and food and bar costs to marketing and renovation ideas.
