Il Forno and Dorcol Team Up for Beer Pairing Dinner

South Flores restaurants have to stick together. In that spirit, Dorcol Distilling Co. will pair its HighWheel Beer Works brand with Il Forno's Napolitano-style pizzas for a beer dinner this Wednesday night.

Four courses will include margherita and seasonal pizzas along with shared plates of pickles and 'nduja (a spicy, spreadable pork salumi), zucchini slaw, leeks with sun-dried tomato romesco, and eggplant caponata and a chocolate mousse all paired with HighWheel's lineup of brews.
