Is Torchy's Tacos Coming to SA?

Right now, the 8-ball points to yes. According to State Sales Tax permits issued last week, Success Foods Management Group LLC, dba for Torchy's Tacos applied and was issued a permit for "Torcy's Tacos" in San Antonio. The location listed is for 999 E Basse, Ste 183, formerly La Posada Del Rey inside the Lincoln Heights shopping center.
