Hope you had a chance to visit Taps y Tapas before it switched over to its new concept. Emilio Soliz of Sweet Christi's BBQ food truck is now at the head of the kitchen inside the storied Ocshe house at 1012 N. Flores St.
Aptly named King's Hwy. Brew & Q
, the restaurant will concentrate its efforts on serving up Soliz's barbecue (get the brisket, will ya?), either by the pound of as served up inside street tacos or tortas. The tap list will retain its healthy number of brews.
The eatery opens 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday-Saturday and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for Sunday brunch. Find a full menu here.
