Get ready to scream for ice cream, or you know, head down to the Pearl in a civilized manner (up to you) as Lick Ice Cream opens on August 12. We first shared the news of the newest addition to the Pearl in late April.
Co-owned by Chad Palmatier and Anthony Sobotick, Lick has been featured in Southern Living, The New York Times and GQ magazine for its inventive flavors such as Texas sheet cake, dark chocolate with olive oil & sea salt, milk chocolate, caramel salt lick, goat cheese, thyme & honey and roasted beets with fresh mint.
Lick will be taking over the store front directly across from Green Vegetarian Cuisine on Emma Koehler (formerly occupied by the CIA Bakery & Cafe).
Store hours are 11:30 a.m.-1o p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, and 11:30 a.m.-11 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 11:30 a.m.-10 p.m. Sunday.
