Hop and Vine
Brunch alert: Alamo Ranch's latest eatery is one of the few if not only restaurant offering a three-course brunch menu this week. Stop in and enjoy a $15 feast with choice of strawberry avocado toast or farmers parfair with homemade granola; Hop and Vine benedict with toasted ciabatta, slow-roasted pork belly and over easy eggs, or chicken and waffles or the B.E.A.S.T sandwich with bacon, egg, avocado, sprouts, fried green tomatoes and whole grain bread; with your choice of mimosa, bloody mary, juice, coffee or iced tea.
5619 W. Loop 1604 N. Suite 109, (210) 878-4071.

Choose to make lunch a special but speedy occasion with a sandwich from Larder. The lesser lauded of all of Hotel Emma's eateries, Larder has a great selection of sammies all made using locally sourced fare, and on house-made breads. Choose any one of the eight sandwiches (we're partial to the roasted chicken and bacon wrap with avocado and cashew mole or smoked salmon bagel with everything cream cheese), chips and finish it off with at Topo Chico.
136 E. Grayson St., (210) 448-8355

Nectar Wine Bar and Ale House
San Antonio's favorite wine bar is helping bring folks back Downtown with its super cute space, great service and attention to bubbles. For week one of #SARW, the bar is serving up prosciutto-wrapped figs, filet medallions on bleu cheese au gratin and caramel custard with salted popcorn. Space is limited, and Nectar only does two seatings per evening Tuesday through Saturday with one seating on Monday.
214 Broadway, (210) 375-4082.
