Don't worry, this is good news. Charles Neira, the restaurant's director of operations, told the San Antonio Express-News that B&B will close in anticipation of a new, bigger space.
After this weekend, the smokehouse will close for about three weeks as it transitions into a 5,600-square-foot building. The new space will seat more than 170 customers – that's triple of the current seating situation. The longstanding Pleasanton joint will demolished to give room for more parking.
That's right – B&B isn't moving far. The new building is technically on the same property and can be found at 2619 Pleasanton in the coming weeks.
