San Antonio's Second Lost Cajun Is Opening Next Month

A year after opening off Hausman Road near the UTSA Main Campus area, The Lost Cajun is adding a second location off U.S. 281 and Bitters.

Opened by franchisee Barry Kruger, the second San Antonio location will open at at 226 W. Bitters Road inside a 4,000-square-foot space. The restaurant will serve the same menu as its 16 predecessors across the Southwest including authentic Cajun food like gumbo, jambalaya, red beans and rice, and catfish etouffee.

The restaurant franchise is known for its sample paddle boards that greet newcomers to their signature gumbos, etouffee and lobster bisque. Most appetizers can be ordered "sloppy" with on top of a bed of rice and smothered in ètouffèe.

Expect an early May opening for San Antonio's second Lost Cajun.
