'Swamp People' Star Visits Local HEB

Troy Landry of History Channel's "Swamp People" H-E-B will host Troy Landry of History Channel's "Swamp People" for a meet and greet at the Montgomery & Walzem (6030 Montgomery) location from 5 to 8 p.m. Stop in for live music and seafood plates ($5), which will be available for purchase. What seemed like a promising new location on the cusp of Helotes only stayed in business for four years — two of those heavily affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Owner Sherryl Ramirez announced that the closure was due to the pandemic and rising supply costs.
