So mysterious.

Beer? Good. Music? Good. So already I can't see why we wouldn't want a beer- and music-driven festival to grace our fair city. Though details as of yet are scarce, Untapped Festival, which organizes these events throughout Texas, has shared the date for their first stop in San Antonio on Saturday, November 21. The company had previously teased the idea of a San Anto concert stop in early March

The lineup for the Dallas show scheduled for November 7 includes The Flaming Lips as headlines, along with Dr. Dog, Cloud Nothings and Elle King; Houston's September 12 show includes Cold War Kids and Deer Tick, while Austin's show, which went down on April 18 featured Manchester Orchestra as headlining act. Breweries usually number in the hundreds with more than 275 beers available that day. I'm not one to speculate (oh wait, I am), but who could they possibly bring to SA: Wilco? Ween? Modest Mouse? Animal Collective? Broken Bells? Ra Ra Riot? The Shins? Tell us already!

No word yet on where the festival will take place, who will headline or how much tickets will be (though judging from Dallas' prices, one can expect to pony up anywhere from $35 to $135). We'll update with more information as it becomes available.
