Untold Scandal

A Korean adaptation of the infamous novel Les Liaisons Dangereuses, Untold Scandal sets the tale of aristocratic intrigue and sexual betrayal in the 18th-century Chosun Dynasty. The film screens at 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, July 12, at the Bijou at Crossroads Theatre. Tickets are $10 TPR members / $12 nonmembers, available at tpr.org or 1-800-622-8777 during business hours.

"Only Hell could breed such an enormous beast. Only God could destroy it," is the tagline for Giant Gila Monster, but it stars neither Kay Bailey Hutchison nor Rick Perry. A teenager must slay the Atomic-age dragon in a remote West Texas town. The film screens at dusk Thursday, June 30, at the Slab at Probandt and Cevallos, across from La Tuna Icehouse.
